Viral Talent LLC ("Viral Talent," "we," "us," or "our") is a creator and influencer marketing agency. This Privacy Policy applies to viraltalent.co and its related pages and forms (the "Site").

Viral Talent does not sell personal information for money and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or process it for targeted advertising as those terms are defined by applicable U.S. state privacy laws. This statement assumes that no advertising pixels or retargeting tools are enabled at launch.

If these practices change, we will update this policy and provide any opt-out method required by law.

The Site may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies that are necessary to operate and secure the Site. We will not enable non-essential analytics or advertising technologies without adding the appropriate notice, choices, and consent controls where required.

We may still send non-promotional messages related to an inquiry or active business relationship. Marketing emails will include the sender information, postal-address disclosure, and opt-out mechanism required by applicable law after final business details are approved.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
